Moldex group of companies is a success story of hard work, perseverance and vision. Moldex Products Inc. was established in 1967, a small operation that reprocess plastic materials into pellets and sold to downstream product manufacturers. The firm quickly graduated to producing PVC film, a material used for the blister packing of various pharmaceutical products, then later to polyethylene and polybutylene pipes and tubings. Then it diversified into electrical and telecom conduits, as well as branded drain waste and vent pipes and fittings.

Moldex became and still is today, the market leader in the PVC pipe industry and is now a budding exporter of UPVC rigid film. In the early 90's the company ventured into real state development, establishing Moldex Realty Inc. It is an enterprise devoted to horizontal project expansion. One of its flagship projects, under its real estate arm, Moldex Realty Inc. is the architectural masterpiece, 1322 Golden Empire Tower located along Roxas Boulevard in Manila.
